The crew

From Sept. 8th 1943 to Dec. 11th 1943 Royal Air Force pilot Arthur Clement Bartter and his 138 Squadron crew flew 16 operations for Special Operations Executives to France, Yugoslavia and Denmark. Halifax BB378 was the aircraft used for the last operation to Denmark.

This is the story about a crew from 138 Squadron and Special Operations Executive that helped turn the balance of power during World War Two. The crew flew missions to Nazi occupied Europe dropping weapons and agents by parachute.
